After a break of almost one year, Waqar Choudhury, is back again with hit remix songs of the late 60s. His second solo album, "Proshno Koro Na Amay" released by Soundtek on 18th January 2005 was widely accepted by the music lovers and he was able to create a deep impact. The album consisted of songs based on pure melody, ragge, latin and typical Begali tune. In "Proshno Koro Na Amay" Waqar Chowdhury has worked with music directors like Asiquzzaman Tulu, Ebrar Tipu, Bappa Majumder and Ferdous. Mithila Ebrar, Ferdous, Julfiqar Rassel, Tuhin Akhand and Shafiq Tuhin were the lyricists.

When asked about his long absence of almost a year from the music world, Waqar Choudhury expresses The album consisted of songs based on pure melody, ragge, latin and typical Begali tune. Waqar Choudhury, a name widely accepted by the music fraternity and very much popular by the music lovers. He fell in love with music during his early childhood but never thought about releasing an album of his own. It is his passion for music, which lead him to the road to making first solo album.

He started singing when he was only 7. He had occasionally sung songs in different functions at the family level. He had occasional shows in the schools and public places. At that time, he also took part in the famous TV program Eso Gaan Shikhi.
